Hey there! I’m NiMi, and my fitness journey probably sounds a lot like yours. After years of trying to figure out what “healthy” really meant (and making plenty of mistakes along the way!), I finally found my path – and now I’m here to share everything I’ve learned with you.
That journey led me to become exactly what I wished I’d had when I started: a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Senior Fitness Specialist, and Balance and Core Trainer. Pretty fancy titles, right? But what they really mean is that I’ve spent years learning the science behind what actually works, so you don’t have to learn everything the hard way like I did!
Here’s the thing – my passion for fitness isn’t just about the certificates on my wall. It’s about those “aha!” moments I get to share with my clients. Like when they realize they don’t have to spend hours on the treadmill to see results, or when they finally understand how to fuel their bodies without feeling deprived.
Through my own fitness journey, I’ve learned that:
- Good nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated
- Exercise should make you feel energized, not exhausted
- Balance is more important than perfection
- The right guidance can change everything
